Dan Hilton joined ACEC in 2018. He previously ran government affairs at the American Supply Association, opening their Washington office in 2010. Prior to that he served in senior legislative roles in the offices of Rep. Walter B. Jones and Rep. Randy Neugebauer, advising them on military, foreign affairs and energy and staffing their participation on the House Committee on Science and House Armed Services Committee. Dan began his time on Capitol Hill serving on the staff of the House Armed Services Committee. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, has a Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a duel Masters in Government and MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife Ana and their three daughters.

Growing up as a member of one of the oldest Curling Clubs in North America dating back to 1868, Dan was a competitive junior Curler, competing in Bospiels throughout the Northeast and Canada.
