Lynn brings diverse knowledge and experience through previous positions as a state public utility regulator and mining reclamation program manager; counsel to the US Senate Environment and Public Works Committee; and federal affairs energy and environmental advocate for Eastman Chemical Company and the Industrial Energy Consumers of America. He has a soil science degree from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), a law degree from the University of North Dakota, and an advanced law degree from The George Washington University in two disciplines: international and comparative law, and environmental law.

Fun Fact

Lynn enjoys bicycling (commuting 7,000 miles annually), skiing, fly-fishing, off-roading, and has four adult children. He lives with his wife Jayne (an association consultant) in Alexandria VA.
